Just across Royal Kona Resort, our condo offers free private covered carport right next to your entrance door. Enjoy your morning coffee with the pool view and peek a boo ocean view from our 2 lanais on each floor. Our condo offers full amenities that beats any hotel in downtown Big Island!

State of Hawaii charges TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) 10.25% and GE tax 4.7% (General Excise Tax - Hawaii does not have a sales tax; instead, we have the GET, which is assessed on all business activities).
